Opportunity We are seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns that leverage our most valuable content, whitepapers, case studies, and use cases. Working alongside the Content Marketing Manager, you will help write and refine these cornerstone assets before activating them through email campaigns, account‑based marketing (ABM), and webinars. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across channels, aligned with strategy, and driving measurable impact. This is a hybrid role that blends content creation with campaign execution, designed for someone who enjoys both writing compelling B2B content and orchestrating multi‑channel campaigns that generate results. Responsibilities Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to co‑create whitepapers, case studies, and use cases. Ensure content is customer‑focused, engaging, and aligned with strategic business objectives. Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive engagement with content assets. Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns tailored to industries, strategic accounts, or specific lines of business. Manage the end‑to‑end process of webinars linked to content themes, from planning and promotion to execution and follow‑up. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to amplify campaigns through paid media and other digital channels. Partner with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns are relevant, targeted, and sales‑ready. Track campaign performance, including engagement rates, pipeline influence, and lead conversions. Report insights and optimise future campaigns to maximise ROI. Required Skills Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in campaign management, ABM, or demand generation. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing or adapting long‑form content such as whitepapers and case studies. Hands‑on experience with email marketing, lead nurture flows and webinar platforms (HubSpot and Zoom Webinar). Understanding of ABM strategies and prospect contact list creation tools (Zoominfo / Cognism). Experience planning, promoting, and executing webinars. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance. Additional Skills Experience working closely with sales teams on ABM or targeted campaigns. Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign automation, lead nurturing and reporting. Experience developing compelling informational content and understanding of SEO, paid media, and performance marketing best practices. Background in B2B SaaS, maritime, or other complex industries (a plus, not required). Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Employee Benefits Hybrid/Flexible working.
