(Big advantage).Outsourced payrollThis job is very manual, spreadsheets and an admin-heavy role – must be comfortable with thisRunning until December 2026, can hire immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll administration across seven international locations.Prepare, input, and process payroll data via HRIS, ensuring all monthly deadlines are met.Oversee administration of UK and EU benefits, including:Maintaining accurate records of joiners, leavers, and employee data on the benefits platform.Managing active membership listings and updating third-party providers.Preparing and validating data for annual renewals and invoicing.Handle and resolve payroll and benefits queries from employees and Partners promptly.Support annual payroll and benefits audits.Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll and benefits reports.Maintain employee records and HR database (Access) with accuracy and confidentiality.Work collaboratively with the wider Business Support community to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.JGA are dedicated to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
