Enabling Support Worker - Ashley Place, Bognor Regis – £12.65 per hour Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied. Ashley Place in Bognor Regis is a residential care home located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state‑of‑the‑art equipment and facilities with highly experienced, trained staff. About the Role As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person‑centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements, and may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions and you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Responsibilities Provide support and encouragement in line with the resident’s care plan. Maintain accurate records during work hours. Administer personal care and medication as required. Cover overnight shifts and receive £60 per sleep in. Benefits £500 bonus on completion of 12 months of employment (terms apply). Birthday day off (taken from annual entitlement). £30 gift voucher if the service is rated "good" or equivalent by CQC; £50 if rated "outstanding". Recognition letters and up to £50 voucher nominations for outstanding service. Excellent training package for all staff. Generous annual leave: 25 days + 8 bank holidays for the first 5 years; 28 days + 8 bank holidays thereafter. Pension scheme. Access to employee assistance programme.
