The EMEA M&A team is one of the largest and highest profile teams within the Investment Banking Division. The team comprises four managing and executive directors, supported by mid‑ and junior‑level bankers, drawn from a variety of countries and backgrounds. The team provides clients with holistic corporate finance advice including strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, defence advisory and divestments.
