The EMEA M&A team is the one of the largest and highest profile teams within the Investment Banking Division. The teamprises four managing and executive directors, supported by mid- and junior level bankers, drawn from a variety of countries and backgrounds. The team provides clients with holistic corporate finance advice including strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, defence advisory and divestments.
