The Role Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation. Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress. Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project requirements. Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision. Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges. Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues. Regular and committed training and CPD opportunities.
