Senior Project Manager
Role: full-time, permanent.
Office: Manchester or Liverpool
We are currently looking to strengthen our growing Property & Construction team in the northwest. This role presents an opportunity to get involved at the early stages of a recently established team, looking to diversify our offerings into sectors such as Health, Education, Residential, Defence and Infrastructure.
Relevant skills and experience:
- Experience working in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity within a Consultancy organisation (essential)
- Experience working on Construction projects (essential)
- Experience working on projects across the full project lifecycle
- BSc in Project Management / relevant Construction related Degree
- Working towards, or wanting to progress with becoming Chartered, which CPC will support
- Experience using JCT/NEC forms of contract
