Job Title: Senior/ Associate Project Manager Location: Manchester city centre (hybrid)
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 basic salary including car allowance + excellent benefits package

Note: Experience in a construction/real estate consultancy delivering build/refurbishments is essential. Finance/IT/Marketing/ Digital backgrounds will NOT be considered.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation.
Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.
