Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm About the School We are working closely with SEN Primary School in Tameside to support them in filling their vacancies for passionate, dedicated Teaching Assistants. Role Overview As a Level 4 Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play an essential role in supporting students and assisting in their academic and personal development, and contributing to a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment. What we're looking for A recent graduate (2:2 or higher) OR prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in a similar SEND setting. Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs is essential. A strong commitment to supporting children with complex needs and a passion for making a difference in their lives. Previous experience working in a UK school. Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year. Eligibility Requirements Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualifications. Right to Work in the UK. Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to process a new application.
