Ship fast iterations and prioritize delivery over perfection. Implement clean, well‑tested code and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures. Collaborate closely with a high‑trust team and work in the office regularly. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build the best solution. Craft a beautiful, intuitive user experience and deliver AI‑powered tools that delight users. Get involved in shaping the early stage business and contribute to culture, marketing ideas, and more beyond software development. Qualifications Full‑stack experience with React and Python, using best practices. 2+ years of experience, preferably in high‑growth startups. Built and maintained production systems, with strong skills in testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued. Prefers simple, elegant solutions to complex problems. Customer‑oriented with passion for understanding users and crafting intuitive UX. Team player who can also work independently. Familiar with our tech stack: React, Typescript, TailwindCSS (frontend); Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, AWS (backend). Will help define it further.
