A strong understanding of AI‑driven product development, with hands‑on experience shipping AI‑powered applications. Prior experience in an agile, fast‑moving AI startup or product environment. You’re used to shipping to production multiple times per week (or even per day). A keen interest in user experience and a continual awareness that you are shipping product to a particular customer in order to solve a particular problem. Every line of code will be led by the question, “how does this benefit our customers”. You have unforgiving high standards for your work and the work of your colleagues. You take pride in shipping world‑class product at pace, and you’re not afraid to give feedback when you feel product is falling short, or to receive feedback when your work is falling short.
