Responsibilities Build the product from end to end: shape the product and work across the whole tech stack. Ship fast: iterate quickly and believe done is better than perfect. Invest in developer experience: implement clean, well‑tested code and build scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures. Work closely with a high‑trust team: collaborate in the office and communicate regularly. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs deeply. Craft a beautiful, intuitive user experience: build AI‑powered tools that delight users and simplify complex sales workflows. Help define early‑stage business and culture, brainstorm marketing ideas, and contribute beyond software development. Profile Full‑stack engineer with experience in React (front end) and Python (back end). 2+ years of experience in high‑growth startups. Built and maintained production systems, experienced with testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Experience building Gen AI / LLM applications is highly valued. Prefer simplicity and elegant solutions to complex problems. Customer‑oriented, passionate about understanding users and crafting intuitive UX. Team player who can also work independently to figure things out. Familiar with Glyphic’s tech stack: React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Python 3.10, FastAPI, REST, MongoDB, and AWS.
