What You Will Do Provide strong, supportive leadership to a team of social workers and support staff, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance with statutory duties. Guide social workers in developing robust care plans for children in need and monitor case progression for effectiveness. Lead on safeguarding and risk management, providing professional oversight on complex and high-risk cases.
