What you will do Lead and manage a team of dedicated social workers within the UASC Team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide guidance and supervision to team members, promoting professional development and maintaining service standards. Assess and manage cases, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met with the highest level of care and attention. Liaise with other agencies and services to coordinate comprehensive support for children and their families.
