OverviewAs a CRM executive in our Marketing team, you'll lead in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention and managing data-driven campaigns that build long-lasting relationships with our customers. You'll have the autonomy to create, execute and optimise CRM strategies, leveraging customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences and improve customer loyalty.
