Alongside our hotel offering, we are also in the process of launching a unique residential experience, creating a dynamic and evolving luxury environment for longer staying guests.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Rooms in the smooth running of the departmentCoaching, training and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the teamCollaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiencesMonitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximising revenueRecruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to join the departmentSupport with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll informationAbout YouPrevious experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is essential.
