The successful Quality Control & Test Technician will have manufacturing sector experience.ResponsibilitiesMechanical inspection of Martin Audio components and products to meet quality standards (component parts, materials, metalwork, cabinets/woodwork/plastic components) using technical drawings and quality control documentsMaintaining and delivering Martin Audio's quality procedures, standards and specificationsMaintaining documentation processes and ensuring quality reports are deliveredReporting and recording quality issues through quality system methods (8Ds, NCRs)Working with the Purchasing Team to establish and maintain supplier quality requirementsPerforming mechanical fault-finding to determine and resolve quality issuesSkills And Experience RequiredEngineering or quality discipline qualifications or equivalent manufacturing experienceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings for inspection purposesProficient PC skills with strong Microsoft Office and Excel experienceExcellent written communication and report writing skillsMeticulous attention to detail with methodical, analytical approachStrong problem-solving and physical capabilities for daily tasksWorking Hours37.5 hours per week - 8am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday, with 30min lunchbreak.
