Why Boughey? £26,592.04 per annum Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm 33 days holiday inc bank holidays with the option to buy more Extensive progression opportunities across the wider group that has 2 other businesses Extensive training opportunities with funded accredited courses Medicash Discounts across shopping, groceries, travel, entertainment, dining, days out, health & beauty and much more Long service awards Attendance bonus Company pension, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, free refreshments, free on-site parking Day to Day Point of contact for customer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving these queries within given timeframes Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring we provide excellent customer service by developing a thorough understanding of their expectations and requirements, providing the correct advice and service levels on the back of this Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing new solutions to meet customer needs Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders Where required, attend customer meetings acting as the link between customers and internal teams What will you bring? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite with the ability to pick up new systems – experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer centric and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience Who are Boughey?
