OverviewJoin to apply for the Enterprise Sales Consultant role at Awin Global.The Enterprise Consultant develops new business opportunities with Enterprise-sized customers (largely aligned to current Tier 1) and accompanies their international growth where possible. Enterprise customers are multi-regional/global in nature. The Enterprise Consultant is a member of the global Enterprise Sales Team and must implement a sales strategy to meet revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of Enterprise customers. The role primarily develops new business through cold outreach, phone follow-up, presentations, and, where appropriate, in-person meetings.Note: This job description retains the core responsibilities and requirements as provided.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & maintain an Enterprise prospect/sales pipeline daily using Salesforce CRM system.Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate profitable business and sustainable relationships.Educate prospects about Awin’s MarTech Transformation, new platform and service options, market position, and UK market.Adopt a consultative approach, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends and online developments.Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sector targeting, product offering development, and features-benefits-solutions selling.Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports to the team.Manage the transition of new merchant accounts through finance, technical, and account teams for launch onto the network.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers.Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.Maintain regular, consistent, professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to health & safety procedures.Achieve quarterly targets set by the Global Head of Sales Enterprise Sales.Expect the role to evolve, providing greater scope to gain knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace.Skills & Expertise5+ years’ experience in a direct sales role in the affiliate marketing industry, ideally with large, international enterprise customers.Proven experience with Enterprise clients and a track record of sales success with large, internationally-reaching customers.Proven experience with prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities.Familiarity with CRM usage (specifically Salesforce).Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; ability to work as part of a team.Resilience, persuasiveness, and proactivity; results-oriented with a drive to maximize opportunities.Strong financial analytical ability to align business and merchant needs.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office).Understanding of affiliate marketing and Awin’s role in the industry.Our OfferFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: Flexible four-day week at full pay with no reduction to annual holiday allowance, plus various paid leaves.Remote Working Allowance: Monthly allowance to cover part of running costs and support for setting up a remote workspace.Flexi-Office: International culture with flexible office/remote work possibilities across Awin regions.Development: Access to Awin Academy training suites to support professional and personal development.Established in 2000, Awin fosters a dynamic, social and inclusive culture, with a virtual Life @ Awin hub for global colleagues.
