This is a great opportunity for someone with a bit of admin experience who’s ready to take on a broader role that includes a mix of office support, admin tasks, and light marketing coordination and assist with anything that may arise. The admin role is split with our Marketing division – you’ll be part of a supportive team and get involved in a variety of day‑to‑day activities.What You’ll Be DoingAdmin & Office SupportHelping with general admin tasks like scheduling or servicing meetings, booking rooms, restaurants, organising team socials and internal events etcProcessing expensesSupporting travel bookings inc visa, logisticsKeeping the office stocked — ordering supplies, stationery and managing any courier bookings.Being the go‑to person for small office requestsMarketing & Events SupportSupporting marketing with brand and updating templatesOrdering and managing branded merchandise (e.g. for events)Assisting with campaigns, logistics (e.g. printing, packaging, or posting materials)External events coordination assistance and possible attendance.What We’re Looking ForA positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck inGood attention to detail and time managementComfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office toolsDesirable But Not EssentialAny experience with marketing or eventsOffice365 Suite namely Outlook, Excel and Word.What You’ll GetA varied role with lots of learning opportunitiesA friendly and collaborative team environment in our London officeHybrid working options – in office 2 days a week except when needed or if we have visitors all week.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
