Benenden Health is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor – Claims to join our Member Services department. In this role you’ll handle a range of member enquiries, from hearing loss to hip replacements. You’ll use your initiative, discretion, and strong communication skills to deliver a great member experience. Key Responsibilities Take and manage member enquiries over the telephone Gather and verify information in difficult circumstances Ask appropriate questions to uncover details that matter Guide members through services to the best and most appropriate outcome Maintain a high standard of telephone manner and professionalism Required Skills & Qualities Excellent telephone manner and ability to adapt to different situations Enthusiastic, passionate, and positive Self‑motivated and resilient Desire to help others Excellent questioning and empathetic listening Training & Induction A full induction program and ongoing training will provide you with an intimate knowledge of Benenden Health’s core product. You must attend six weeks of full‑time training Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm, starting 5 January 2026. You must be available for the entire training period and have no annual leave. Part‑time hours (22.5 hours min/3 days) may be considered after the six‑week full‑time training is completed. Salary & Benefits £26,000 for full‑time.
