Overview The PR, Influencer and Events Lead will be responsible for developing and executing influencer partnerships, community engagement initiatives and brand events. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver campaigns that inspire our audience and strengthen our position as a leading fashion destination. Your Mission Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to deliver engaging and authentic campaigns Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts and campaign reporting to ensure measurable impact and strong ROI Develop a calendar of influencer collaborations, product seeding and social content activations that reflect brand values and seasonal priorities Plan and deliver community events including product launches, pop ups and experiential activations that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, guest lists, budgets and on site execution Work with PR and social media teams to maximise event exposure across owned and earned channels Monitor influencer and event performance, producing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms and event innovation within the fashion industry Key Performance Indicators Growth of influencer and creator network measured by number and quality of new relationships established each quarter Engagement rates, reach and impressions generated from influencer campaigns against agreed benchmarks ROI on influencer collaborations based on conversion, sales uplift and cost efficiency Number of successful brand events delivered on time and within budget each year Event attendance levels and post event engagement across social and press coverage Increase in community growth and retention through influencer led and event based initiatives Monthly reporting accuracy and ability to provide actionable insights from campaign and event data Qualifications Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management or event management within fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce Strong network of influencers and an understanding of the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously Creative thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with attention to detail and a results driven mindset Passionate about fashion, culture and building authentic community connections Proven track record driving brand awareness, community engagement and retention Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Birthday day off 25-day holiday Flexible hours Vibrant team 40% off staff discount Team socials Competitions Hybrid working - 4 days in the Altrincham office #J-18808-Ljbffr
