Our client is experiencing rapid growth and you would be joining the business at a very exciting time. This multi award winning health food brand is looking for a forward thinking, innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join their creative marketing team.

**The Essence of the Role**:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for leading and executing the brand and marketing strategy to drive awareness and accelerate the brand. A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, the Brand Manager will be responsible for developingintegrated marketing campaigns both online and offline as well as playing a key role in leading the communication strategy and working closely with the marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

**Scope of the Brand Manager Role**:

- Conceptualise and develop integrated marketing campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix to drive both online and offline with the aim to drive the brand forward
- Analyse and evaluate marketing and campaign activities, recommending and implementing solutions to drive marketing efficiencies and optimisation
- Create and implement an annual marketing calendar to increase brand awareness and new customer acquisition
- Lead communications strategy and act as brand guardian ensuring tone of voice is consistent across all touchpoints

**Prerequisites**:

- Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Comfortable creating reports and analysing marketing and campaign activities
- An understanding of social media, PR and influencer marketing
- An understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
- Strategic and innovative mindset with the ability to manage brand and commercial needs
- Able to think about the 'bigger picture' and scope out opportunities for growth
