Job PurposeTo create and manage a wide range of graphic design requirements for internal and external use while helping to update, maintain and advise on both the brand asset management system and on visual identity guidelines and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities- Direct, develop and deliver the design and creative application across a range of print and digital touch points, including online and traditional campaigns, internal communications, events and exhibition materials reports and literature.
- Manage a range of creative projects as required.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across communications by adhering to and promoting brand visual identity guidelines.
- Prioritize workloads, including new requests, in accordance with agreed team and business objectives, ensuring that stakeholders are kept up to date with progress and outcomes.
- Act as an enthusiastic brand champion who seeks to assist and inspire colleagues on the importance of a consistent visual brand internally and externally, so employees and stakeholders perceive the value in a strong, professional visual identity across all materials and channels.
- Represent the team on various project groups or business forums, as required.
- Good communications skills, ability to interpret and respond to briefs, make recommendations, give feedback and ability to negotiate deliverables and timings.
- Confident to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or business-recognized qualification in graphic design
- Excellent levels of competency in Adobe Creative, Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and traditional corporate MS platforms
- Experience in creating online and digital content and proficient in working with templates
- Knowledge of art-working and print and digital production
