A Service Desk Analyst is needed for a diverse, collaborative company to cover a continually evolving range of IT demands and issues for an NHS Trust in London. The role is an onsite and remote contract position. Responsibilities Deliver high‑performing, reliable, responsive and resilient IT and telephony services at all operational sites in London. Work within a team of IT professionals supported by key third‑party partners. Create and maintain user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments. Provide high‑quality customer service and communicate technical information in simple language to end users. Work proactively under own initiative or effectively as part of a team, collaborating across all levels of the organization. Qualifications Prior Service Desk experience. NHS experience desired but not essential. Proactive and self‑motivated; can work independently or in a team. Excellent verbal communication skills.
