Based at our Guildford warehouse, we are recruiting a team of QC technicians who will be available to check and set up in-bound guitars which have arrived direct from factory.As a first-line QC Technician, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting, testing, and setting up a wide range of guitars, both electric and acoustic, either as part of the inbound QC process or completing our comprehensive pre-delivery inspection checks for our customer orders. You will also be required to test amplifiers, pedals, and other related products. Key Responsibilities Performing thorough Quality Control inspections and functional checks of inbound Guitars, identifying and resolving any defects where and when required. Setting up Electric, Acoustic, and Bass Guitars for optimum playability and ensuring they meet and adhere to set standards. Product Testing as required for relevant outbound customer orders. Candidate Profile A positive, team player with excellent personal time management and communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and quality assurance. Ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines. A keen passion for all things guitar and good product knowledge. Suitable guitar-playing ability. Extra Information Working Hours: Full-time positions are 5 days per week, Part-time roles can vary and be discussed at interview. Salary: £12.60 per hour.
