You might just be who we’re looking for, for this role or another – enthusiasm is by far the most important requirement for any applicant to LuminanceResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development initiativesCreate product specifications, feature lists, and detailed product requirementsManage product development timelines to ensure on-time delivery of productsCoordinate with various teams to keep development projects on trackAssist in the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating launch activities and ensuring alignment across teamsDevelop product documentation and training materials to support sales and customer service teamsConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapeActing as a liaison between product management and other departments to ensure clear communication of product strategies and updatesDesired SkillsExperience in product management, marketing, or a related field is desirableFamiliarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies is beneficialExperience with tools such as FigmaRequirementsGraduated with a minimum 2 : 1 from a global top 200 universityExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong interest in AI and how it can transform user workflows throughout business settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
