Associate Product Manager

Associate Product Manager We are looking for a motivated individual to help grow and improve our games. You will collaborate with diverse teams to complete the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and enhance features that increase engagement, retention and monetisation. With mentorship and assistance, you will cultivate the skills needed to excel as a top‑tier Product Manager. What You’ll Do Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, determining its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetisable. Help turn ideas into detailed concepts, test with users, and assist in decision‑making processes. Build wire‑frame screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content. Gather and synthesise player feedback through surveys, reviews and in‑game data to inform product decisions. Collaborate with product managers, artists and engineers to prioritise tasks, manage the roadmap and ensure flawless implementation. Define, measure and analyse critical metrics to guide priorities for next steps. Perform detailed A/B tests (split testing). Constantly optimise features post‑launch to increase engagement and monetisation. What We’re Looking For Outstanding attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
