About the Role We’re looking for a Product Associate to join our TxElite team. This role will play a key part in managing and improving our pricing proposition, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting the development of new features. You’ll work closely with Product, Client Services, QA, and Engineering to help us deliver a high‑quality experience for our customers. Please note: this role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in alignment with the global sporting calendar. What You’ll Do Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the TxPricing product and resolving customer issues Investigating API and UI‑related problems, analysing feeds and requests, and testing solutions Collaborating with QA to perform end‑to‑end testing and validate user journeys Maintaining internal and external documentation, including user guides and support playbooks Writing user stories and raising Jira tickets to support development work Supporting backlog grooming and participating in product rituals like planning and retrospectives Liaising with third‑party partners and escalating issues as needed Working closely with Client Services, Operations, Front End, and Analytics teams What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of industry experience A strong interest in sports – especially Soccer, Cricket, US Football, or Basketball Experience working in fast‑paced environments and dealing with ambiguity A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership Comfort with technical problem‑solving, including API testing and feed analysis Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Bonus: Product certifications or experience in product ownership What You’ll Get From Us At TxODDS, you’ll be part of a well‑established, technology‑first company with ambitious growth plans and a global footprint.
