As a Technical Advisor at The AA, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting customers and contact centre staff with your knowledge and experience. Salary: £35,000 pa plus benefitsShifts: Between 0700 – 2000 Monday to SundayLocation: Oldbury Office, On Site Working Responsibilities Provide essential technical support, advice, and repair fixes to customers via telephone, ensuring only genuine breakdowns are attended. Communicate clearly, simplifying complex technical information for customers and patrols. Record data accurately in relevant databases to support management decisions. Achieve targets and focus on delivering results. Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, plus substantial experience in the motor vehicle repair industry. Strong technical problem solving and ability to resolve a variety of issues. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details simply.
