Marketplace Administrator Full-Time

JOB TITLE: Marketplace Administrator LOCATION: Moorgate Head Office London CONTRACT: Permanent Full-Time HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days per week PAY RATE: Starting at 27,000 per annum Are you passionate about fashion and eager to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment? We are looking for an organised, numbers‑savvy individual to join our Brand Partnership team. Your responsibilities will include product data optimisation, ensuring our product listings are accurate and compelling, managing the timely and precise uploading of products to various e‑commerce platforms, overseeing inventory levels and ensuring products are always available, and assisting in the daily operations of our marketplaces. Previous experience in marketplace or e‑commerce is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and master new technical systems is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketplace Maintain and create new product uploads Maintain and update master data sheet for product range Assist marketplace data optimisation primarily through categorisation and attribute mapping Send daily, weekly & monthly sales reports Prepare ad hoc reports for analysis of sales returns and stock planning Work alongside the buying team in releasing the product range for 3rd party sites Party Sites Support and assist the Marketplace Coordinator and Head of New Business in Marketplace meetings Continuously learn & research improved ways of managing our marketplace operations Liaise with UK / International Warehouses to ensure Marketplace operations run as expected and support the Marketplace Coordinator regarding operational issues. Ensure Host SLAs are continuously met. Support the Head of New Business with all stock management for external 3rd party logistics from forecasting intake through to delivery. General Deputise for the Marketplace Coordinator / Wholesale Administrator & Head of New Business on 3rd party brand operations as required This is not an exhaustive list of your responsibilities and in the interests of the day‑to‑day operation of the business you may be required to carry out work that is not detailed in this document.
