We design and develop the collections at our studio near Putney Bridge, London, taking inspiration from trends in Fashion but also from the wider world of art a culture. At Poetry we are looking to hire full-time Sales Specialists to work in our Poetry store in Marylebone, London. Where you will join and become part of our Poetry family, working in a supportive environment in a customer facing role.

**Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of the Sales Specialist will include but not be limited to:

- Act as an ambassador for Poetry.
- Develop & maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Develop & maintain an excellent use of our till & operated systems.
- Effectively work as part of the sales team.
- Have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- To build excellent customer relations.

**Your Development**

At Poetry we will work together in the development in your role, through support and training on the best practices of delivering exceptional customer service, personal styling, visual merchandising as well as guiding you to progress and grow your career in a Retail environment.

**On offer**

On offer for the successful Sales Specialist at Poetry is an hourly wage of £12.50 per hour as well as additional benefits and discount on products across the Selective Marketplace brands. The roles available are full-time working 5 days out of 7 between 9.30am and 7.30pm on a flexible working pattern including weekends.

Our stores are open between 9.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00am - 5.00pm on Sundays.
