Your responsibilities will include product data optimization ensuring our product listings are accurate and compelling managing the timely and precise uploading of products to various ecommerce platforms overseeing inventory levels and ensuring products are always available and assisting in the daily operations of our marketplacesAre you exceptional organised do you have strong numerical/ analytical abilities a passion for managing ecommerce retail products and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in marketplace or ecommerce is a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and master new technical systems is essential.In return we offer detailed training on our technical systems opportunities for growth and development in the ecommerce sector and a dynamic and supportive work environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketplaceMaintain and create new product uploadsMaintain and update master data sheet for product rangeAssist marketplace data optimization primarily through categorization and attribute mappingSend daily weekly & monthly sales reportsPrepare ad hoc reports for analysis sales returns and stock planningWork alongside buying team in releasing the product range for 3rd party sitesSupports and assists Marketplace Co-Ordinator and Head of New Business in Marketplace MeetingsContinuously learn & research improved ways of managing our marketplace operationsLiaises with UK/International Warehouses to ensure Marketplace operations run as expected and supports the Marketplace Co-Ordinator regarding operational issues.Ensures Host SLAs are continuously met.Supports the Head of New Business with all stock management for external 3rdparty logistics from forecasting intake through to delivery.GeneralDeputizes for the Marketplace Co-Ordinator/Wholesale Administrator & Head of New Business on 3rd Party Brand operations as requiredWilling to learn and demonstrates a real can do attitudeKey RelationshipsInternal logistics teamTechnical service providersMarketplace support teamsBuying and production teamsInternal stakeholdersThis is not an exhaustive list of your responsibilities and in the interests of the day-to-day operation of the business you may be required to carry out work that is not detailed in this document.KNOW-HOWHigh-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel/Google SheetsExcellent verbal and written communicationDemonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentationOur ideal candidate will be e-Commerce aware ideally coming from a role in ecommerce merchandising/management wholesale/Marketplace or a highly analytical administrative roleExperience of Tradebyte/Zalando would be ideal but not essentialSkills & BehavioursPassionate about the Apricot brand; a true brand ambassadorAdaptable & flexible happy to work beyond own remitTrue team playerHighly IT literateHighly numerate and analytical with outstanding attention to detailOrganised and efficient able to prioritise effectivelyAble to deal with multiple information sourcesFamiliar with data collectionDelivers results in a timely mannerRemains calm under pressureAble to work to tight and changeable deadlinesProactive able to self-manage and work on own initiativeRelentlessly looks to improve working processes and practices with a commercial approachRemains positive in the face of challenge or adversitySolutions oriented when faced with a challengeIf you need any adjustments made during the recruitment and interview process do let us know.
