Document Centre Specialist – Part time (15‑month FTC) CMS UK is seeking a Document Centre Specialist to support its Document Centre team. This fully remote, fixed‑term 15‑month contract starts immediately and will run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities Prepare documents accurately and timely using established templates and brand guidelines. Act as the primary client interface for CMS’s Document Centre services. Maintain high‑quality service with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction and effective communication. Collaborate with Document Centre Managers and key stakeholders. Manage workflow coverage as required and support the team on an ad‑hoc basis. Report to the Shift Team Lead. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in document production or a related professional service environment. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships. Self‑motivated, independent and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Confidentiality, professionalism and integrity at a high standard.
