What you'll be doing As a Graduate Construction Manager, you'll be acting as a trainee site manager for construction projects. You'll gain experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety. It's about understanding the complexities of construction management. You'll learn project management, site operations, and leadership skills. Who we’re looking for For graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It's designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role. This role involves regular site‑based visits, including travel on‑site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license.
