Account Director Location: London – Full time 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid, Permanent. Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 dependent on experience, plus exceptional benefits. HCA UK’s Corporate Sales Team manages over 1,000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services. As an Account Director you’ll manage a portfolio of HCA Healthcare UK’s most valued and strategically important corporate clients, delivering primary care services and raising the profile of HCA Healthcare UK. Responsibilities Manage strategic relationships within a defined portfolio of key clients, accountable for delivering organizational objectives across six key areas: brand ambassador for HCA Primary Care, relationship strategy, client leadership, cross‑sell opportunities, new business acquisition and commercial management. Lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure contracted scope and service expectations are met. Deliver client‑focused, flawlessly executed solutions in partnership with clinical and operational colleagues. Engage senior stakeholders, demonstrate knowledge leadership and think as a thought leader and ambassador. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with client objectives, financial position and benefits strategy. Promote and deliver wellbeing provision through annual programmes and bespoke onsite services. Analyse and present management information, outcomes and key metrics to stakeholders. Update clients, intermediaries and external constituents on HCA capabilities to create business opportunities. Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal teams. Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and drives value. Negotiate renewals, deliver required business results across account retention, profitability, relationship deepening, new business acquisition and client satisfaction. Negotiate and finalise contract renewals and provide resolutions to issues. Present ideas and solutions in alignment with client strategic goals. Build and execute strategic plans for cross‑sell opportunities. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of senior account management experience in corporate healthcare or insurers. Exceptional experience generating business growth and developing strategic relationships. Proven track record working to finance‑driven KPIs in the corporate healthcare market. Strong analytical and presentation skills to board‑level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels. Able to influence, lead and inspire teams.
