We offer growth opportunities, wellness support, and a healthy work/life blend.Salary is Flexible depending on experience with significant OTE.Role snapshot: The Client Director will drive revenue growth through deployment of our services with UK mortgage lending banks and oversee all commercial activities with lenders. This includes leading sales with assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 lenders, defining strategy, mapping relationships and ensuring internal advocacy and support.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. Deliver personal targets for revenue on volumes and new customer onboardingLeadership: Model behaviours to inspire and motivate junior team members across functionsStrategy Development: Support the company’s growth strategy and develop go-to-market plans for new products and servicesCustomer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive loyalty and long-term successRevenue Expansion: Identify and explore new channels and opportunities for revenue growthForecasting: Qualify and validate sales and revenue forecasts, categorise and track opportunitiesCollaboration: Align with other departments on goals and execution plansBudget Management: Develop and manage budgets for revenue-related activitiesRisk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue generation and market competitionSkills & Experience RequiredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
