Job Summary Practice Nurse at Penrose Health, redefining primary care in Southeast London. This role offers safe, evidence‑based care across long‑term conditions, health promotion, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care and more. You’ll work alongside GPs, pharmacists, HCAs and nursing associates in a supportive multidisciplinary team. Main Duties Manage long‑term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD through routine reviews and proactive care. Run chronic disease clinics and health promotion clinics. Provide cervical cytology, immunisations (childhood, adult, travel), seasonal vaccinations and wound care. Offer contraception advice and sexual health support. Support QOF and local enhanced services via accurate documentation. Promote health education, self‑management and preventative interventions. Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical documentation. Collaborate with the wider clinical team to deliver joined‑up, patient‑centred care. Certification in cervical screening and immunisation. EMIS computer experience. Experience in a GP/primary care setting.
