About you Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Assistant Accountant Confident managing end-to-end bookkeeping - sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliations, and payroll support Knowledge of ROI compliance, VAT, and documentation for cross-border trade Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks) Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities autonomously What you'll do Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reporting Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient internal operations Handle VAT returns and ROI trade compliance for buying and selling across borders Support purchasing, logistics, and supplier management activitiesLiaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance Contribute to ongoing system improvements and sustainability projects For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.LinkedIn Chanel Gillen #J-18808-Ljbffr
