The Role We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual to lead the customer onboarding process — ensuring every new subscriber’s journey from order to first ride is smooth, efficient, and delightful. You’ll manage the critical steps between the customer placing an order and receiving their bike, working closely with our workshops, logistics partners, and customer service team. You’ll also play a key role in improving and automating our operations as we scale. Key Responsibilities Customer onboarding: Manage the full onboarding journey from order to delivery. Customer communications: Handle calls, emails, and SMS updates to keep customers informed and engaged. Customer verification: Complete credit and ID checks efficiently and accurately. Bike allocation: Assign bikes and accessories to new orders and identify stock that needs ordering. Workshop coordination: Direct workshops to prepare bikes, fit accessories, and prioritise orders. Logistics management: Book couriers or arrange customer collections once bikes are ready. Process improvement: Review, refine, and optimise onboarding and operational workflows using the latest tech and AI tools. About You Strong communication skills: clear, friendly, and professional across phone, email, and SMS. Process management mindset: you don’t just follow steps; you make them better. Tech‑savvy: comfortable learning and implementing new digital and AI‑driven tools. Attention to detail: you spot the small things that make a big difference to customers.
