What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers Manage Long‑Term Agreements (LTA) and coordinate procurement/replenishment efforts Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Engage regularly with customers to understand needs, provide updates and gather feedback Oversee execution of customer programs from inception to completion Generate KPI data, update forecasts and monitor program timelines, budgets and deliverables Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions; conduct research to identify potential customers and growth opportunities Develop and manage budgets for customer programs and sales initiatives; track expenses and report on financial performance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including monitoring regulatory changes Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms aligned with company goals Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues promptly and enhance the overall customer experience Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and provide training/support to the sales team on customer programs What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus) Proven experience in aerospace sales, account management or program management Strong understanding of aerospace products and industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities Ability to travel as required FDH Aero is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
