You will also have strong client‑facing skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Job Requirements Essential: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical infrastructure or construction. Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion with commercial awareness. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors. Valid UK driving licence. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to analyse data and recognise trends. Good health and safety knowledge and practices. Desirable: Familiarity with the ICP framework and regulations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. ERP system knowledge. Job Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental policies. Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Achieve and maximise project financial targets in line with company objectives. Ensure all relevant company processes and procedures are followed. Control project and sub‑business costs and achieve savings where necessary. Provide management information on project performance regularly. Plan manpower efficiently and effectively. Ensure timesheets are completed by all operatives. Raise purchase requisitions for materials and use ERP according to procedures. Conduct regular health & safety audits and report incidents.
