Location: FarnboroughSalary: MPS/UPS - £32,916 to £51,048 per annum (pay to scale)Contract: Full-time, TemporaryEmployer: Teaching Personnel (on behalf of a specialist SEN school)Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to work in a specialist primary school in Farnborough, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including communication difficulties, sensory needs, physical disabilities, and significant learning challenges.This is a full-time temporary position with pay to scale, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a highly supportive environment.Deliver tailored and engaging lessons for a small class of primary-aged pupils with complex needs.Plan and differentiate learning in line with individual EHCP targets.Use communication strategies such as PECS, Makaton, or AAC to support pupil interaction.Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, and the wider SEN team.Create a nurturing, inclusive, sensory-aware classroom environment.Track progress and maintain accurate assessments and reports.Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally those with complex learning needs.Strong understanding of differentiated and adaptive teaching.Excellent communication skills and a patient, caring approach.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Pay to scale (£32,916 - £51,048)Access to CPD courses and training through the TP portalA dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placementOpportunity to work in a well-resourced and supportive SEN environmentAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
