SEN Primary Teacher / HLTA – Farnborough Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, ongoing (term-time only) Pay: £150–£250 per day (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Agency: SEND Inclusion Support About the Role SEND Inclusion Support are seeking a passionate and adaptable SEN Primary Teacher or HLTA to join a welcoming specialist primary setting in Farnborough. You’ll be leading a small KS1 class of 8 pupils, supported by 4 experienced Teaching Assistants. The school provides a nurturing, creative, and well-resourced environment for pupils with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. This role is ideal for an experienced SEN Teacher or a HLTA ready to step into a teaching role. The position is to start immediately. Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons across core primary subjects. * Adapt learning to meet pupils’ individual EHCP targets and abilities. * Work collaboratively with support staff to maintain positive behaviour and progress. * Foster independence, confidence, and emotional development. * Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
