About the Role As our Machining Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled team of Machinists and oversee daily workshop operations across borers, lathes, drills, and mills. You’ll ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while driving continuous improvement and supporting capability development across the team. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Machinists Plan, allocate, and supervise daily machining activities Manage materials, stock, and workflow to meet deadlines Build and support a strong leading hand structure within the team Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop Deliver training and upskilling programs to enhance team capability What You’ll Bring Australian‑recognised Machining Trade Qualification Strong machining knowledge across tooling, systems, and production processes Experience with Fanuc machine controls Strong understanding of quality and safety management systems Why Join RCR Mining Technologies?
