Key responsibilities As a Technical Caseworker for Integrar you will be managing complex remortgage instructions through to completion in a fast‑paced, professional, team environment. The role contributes a senior level of knowledge of remortgages or sale/purchase conveyancing to the business; and we’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering a high quality of work. Managing caseload of approximately 180 new remortgage instructions per month. Ensuring the case management system is used to process all relevant aspects of the transaction. Liaising with the client, borrower and other external parties via phone and email and within agreed SLAs, ensuring all parties in the transaction are up to date at all times. Carrying out title investigations, drafting appropriate legal documentation and dealing with title indemnity insurance policies where required. Proactively driving cases forward by requesting and chasing information from third parties which are required to complete technical work. Calculating and applying appropriate Stamp Duty Land Tax. Dealing with estate rent charge deeds. Checking leases, including shared ownership, and liaising with freeholders, management companies & registered providers. Assisting with post‑completion matters and ensuring the lender’s charge is secured as a first legal charge. Working collaboratively as part of the Technical Team, supporting and providing technical guidance to other members of the department as and when required. Assisting with other ad‑hoc tasks as required or directed by a Team Leader/Manager. What you will bring to the role A strong commitment to client care and to providing a friendly and helpful service. The ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of duties to a high standard. Akeenness to work autonomously and manage your caseload within the guidelines of daily, weekly and monthly task structures. Comfortable adapting to change and helping the team / other teams where required. A careful and methodical approach to work, ensuring that processes, procedures etc. are followed accurately. Prior experience of remortgage processes or conveyancing is required. Confidence working in an environment with clear targets to achieve and strict deadlines / SLAs. Thriving in a team environment which is supportive, positive and succeeds together. Strong communication skills both on the phone and via email, including an excellent standard of writing.
