Programme Manager (Research Recovery Rates) Join to apply for the Programme Manager (Research Recovery Rates) role at University of Bath. About the Role This is a high‑impact, fixed‑term (24 months) role leading the Research Recovery Rates Programme – a critical initiative aimed at improving cost recovery from externally funded research. You will work with senior leaders to shape strategy, collaborate across departments, develop and manage project plans, and seek opportunities for improvement and innovation. You Will lead and drive the programme from inception to delivery work closely with the Head of Research Funding and the Director of Research and Impact Services to shape strategy and ensure alignment with institutional goals collaborate across departments to engage interested parties, capture insights, and implement change develop and manage project plans, timelines, and reporting mechanisms find opportunities for improvement and innovation in cost recovery processes About You have proven experience working in a research or higher education setting, with a top‑level understanding of research costing and funding management demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels be a strategic problem solver, willing to try and fail quickly in pursuit of innovation show excellent organisational skills and attention to detail have a collaborative mentality and the confidence to inspire change Further Information This is a fixed‑term, full‑time role for 24 months.
