At Curo, we're on a journey of meaningful change. We're in Year 2 of our ambitious 10-year strategy, with clear priorities around technology, people, and data. To deliver this successfully, we need exceptional leadership to build and develop our new Programme Management Office from the ground up.

This pivotal role puts you at the centre of our major change agenda. You'll establish the frameworks, methodologies, and governance that will enable successful delivery of our major change programmes. More than just managing projects, you'll create an environment where change thrives and becomes embedded in how we work.

You'll lead a team of Project Managers and Business Process Analysts, working closely and in partnership with our business leaders across Curo. Together, you'll build a high-performing Programme Office that drives meaningful improvements while ensuring we achieve the intended benefits of our investments.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and leading a Programme Office with effective working practices that enable Curo to successfully deliver and embed change
- Collaborating with the Executive Team and senior leaders to ensure our change programme aligns with our strategy and delivers expected benefits
- Creating robust governance frameworks that provide effective oversight while maintaining visibility of programme health
- Developing and embedding appropriate methodologies for managing change (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) based on our strategic needs
- Building a comprehensive portfolio of change programmes that executes our strategy in a logical and efficient manner
- Leading and mentoring cross-functional programme teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Creating forecasting models for the skills, capabilities, and resources needed to deliver our portfolio
- Ensuring new processes and practices are embedded effectively across our organisation
- Monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining value for money

**More about you**

You're a strategic leader with proven experience establishing and running successful Programme Offices. You have the vision to see the big picture while also understanding the practical elements needed to make change happen.

Essential:

- Extensive experience establishing and leading a Programme Management Office
- Track record of delivering complex strategic change programmes
- Expertise in programme and project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Successful stakeholder management at executive and board level
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
- Experience managing significant programme budgets and resources

Desirable:

- Experience in housing, public sector, or not-for-profit environments
- Knowledge of various change management approaches
- Record of embedding sustainable organizational change
- Experience developing forecasting models for skills and capabilities
