Arcus FM is hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients in North West London and Central London.What’s in it for you?Competitive Salary - £52,767 Including Location allowance: £3,000 per annumCompany van and fuel card – with personal use available from day oneFull door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEnhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performanceWhat you’ll be doing:You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.What we’re looking for:Valid UK driver’s licenseF-Gas certification (C&G 2079)CO2 QualificationExcellent communication and time managementA strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awarenessAdditional info:The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to FridayOn-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeksWe’re an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
