We are looking to appoint a Part‑Time (18 hours), Term‑Time Level 1 Business Support Officer to join our Education Business Support Team. The Education Team is based across Kingston and Richmond with staff based in Guildhall 2 (Kingston), Civic Centre (Twickenham) and Moor Lane (Chessington). This post is a fixed term for one year. The hours for this post are 18 hours per week, you will be required to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please note the salary shown is Full time equivalent will be pro‑rated accordingly to part time and term time only. Managing referrals Preparing the weekly agenda Taking accurate minutes Managing outcomes - this includes sending outcome letters and arranging follow up meetings Creating regular data reports Ensuring monitoring sheets are kept up to date This role will require an individual with strong administrative and digital experience who is able to manage a complex and diverse workload. About you The role is fast paced and you will be required to work with a variety of customers in and outside of Achieving for Children. The ideal candidate would need to have the following attributes. Experienced minute taker Strong organisational abilities including: time management, creative‑thinking, problem‑solving and multitasking. Works well under pressure and is flexible with their approach to carrying out tasks. Able to make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate. Strong administrative skills such as data entry, email management, managing competing priorities, being organised and working well in a team.
